Unless pre-agreed by us in writing in our absolute discretion, We sell and ship Products only within Australia. No deliveries will be made to an address outside of Australia without prior agreement by Purple.

Delivery Of Your Products

Delivery times usually take up to 10 working days from the date your payment is received by Us. Where possible, we will try to dispatch from a stock location that is nearest to your specified delivery address in order to reduce the delivery time. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays in Australia.

You can track the delivery status of your Products at the “Your Account” section of this Website. Unless otherwise agreed by Purple, we will deliver your Products to the delivery address nominated by you on your Order Confirmation.

Products will be delivered by Australia Post or courier service, and will require signing. Australia Post or the courier will contact you should alternate delivery arrangements be required, including if no one is available to take delivery of your Products at the delivery address.

Most items will be shipped within Australia by Australia Post using either register mail and registered express post / E-parcel services, at our absolute discretion.

Parcels deemed by Us to be too large or heavy to be shipped with Australia Post will be sent via a courier service such as Toll or Star Trak Express, at our absolute discretion.

All shipped Products must be signed for unless we are given specific written instruction from you, at the time of your order with Us.  If you instruct us that the Product may be left at an easily accessed location, then you accept full responsibility for any lost or damaged items and irrevocably agree to release and hold Us harmless against any loss or damage suffered as a result of the Products being left in the location instructed by you.

The location instructed for the Product to be left must be easily identifiable and accessible by the delivery driver. If not, the Product will either be taken back to the closest Australia Post location or the courier company’s head office or, in some cases, returned to Purple. In any such occurrence, you will be liable to pay all costs associated with the collection and return of the Product.

You will be responsible for all costs associated with specifying an Incorrect delivery address to Purple at the time of placing your order with Us including but not limited to paying the additional costs of re-delivery of the Products to the correct delivery address.

As We utilise the services of transport carriers to deliver your Products, we are not liable for any losses or damages associated with delays that may occur which are beyond our reasonable control once the Products are delivered to the transport companies for delivery to your nominated delivery address and any such delay will not be grounds for a refund of the price paid for the Products

Please Note: In some remote/regional areas our transport carriers can only deliver bulky items to the nearest transport depot. In these instances you will receive notification that your delivery is available for your collection from the transport depot.
